For file transfers you should download compression and FTP software. Below are some suggested programs from their home sites or you may find these and many others at http://www.download.com/


Our ftp site (ftp.tc4.com) is password-protected and you will need an access account. Please contact T-C4 to receive a FTP account and we will help you get started.

For EPS files please reduce the colour space to only those colours needed and convert fonts to outlines or paths. For offset print we recommend that pictures are 300 dpi at finished size.

Acceptable disk media includes; 3.5" Floppy disks, 100 or 250 MB Zip disks, CDs or DVDs and portable USB memory. If unsure of compatibility please call.

Our scanning department will accept transparencies and negatives up to 8”x10” and no smaller than 35mm. We can also scan reflective or printed documents up to 12"x18" in size.

For wide format printing pictures should be at least 100 dpi at finished size and build documents with bleed if needed. Avoid supplying logos and text in a bitmap format.
